WHEN DOES THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE START AND HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?
- The sale starts 22nd of November, at 18:00 CET, and ends 30th of November, at 23:59 CET.
WHATS THE BLACK FRIDAY OFFER?
- We will offer 20% off sitewide. Selected products can be discounted higher.
- It is not possible to combine discounts during our Black Friday sale.
HOW DO I CHECKOUT WITH KLARNA?
- To checkout with Klarna you have to select your local currency.
- You can change the currency by clicking on the drop down menu (left top corner) and below "Gift Card" you will see a symbol to change currency. If you browse on your computer, it is on the top right.
I'VE NEVER SHOPPED FROM FITJEANS BEFORE, WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GET?
- Our jeans are super stretchy and true to size; however, we kept the waistband a bit tighter than the rest of the pant, so they sit properly and don't slide down. Therefore we always recommend to size according to the waist (measured at the most narrow point): All measurements can be found here. If you are still unsure after checking the size-guide, just let us know and we will assist :)

I ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCT, HOW DO I EXCHANGE?
- The easiest and fastest is to just place a new order for the desired product and return the one that you would like to exchange. We will refund you as soon as the return arrives at our warehouse.

ARE YOU SHIPPING WORLDWIDE DURING COVID-19?
- Yes, all orders are shipped worldwide from Sweden with DHL Express.
- Except Sweden that is is sent with PostNord
- And Norway is sent with Posten.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
- We will be delayed with handling returns during the sale. No returns will be processed during the sale period.
IS YOUR SALE AFFECTED BY COVID-19 SITUATION?
- Yes, we expect delays in delivery, returns, chat, DM's and email response times due to social distancing and due to the large number of orders during Black Friday.
I RECENTLY ORDERED, DIDN'T KNOW IT WOULD BE A SALE, CAN I GET A DISCOUNT ON MY ORDER?
- We cannot provide discounts on any orders placed before the sale. This would be unfair to everyone else who waits and risks that the product they want goes out of stock.
WHATS THE DEAL WITH GIFT CARDS?
- Gift Cards can be bought at a 20% discount, so you can store the Black Friday Sale for the special product you want or give as a gift, for the time after the sale is over.
- Discounted Gift Cards bought during the sale, can't be used during the sale period.
- It is not possible to combine this discount with our Black Friday offer or other discounts.
WILL ITEMS BE RESTOCKED DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?
- No, nothing will be restocked during the Black Friday sale.
ARE MY ITEMS RESERVED IN THE CART?
- Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the stock for your final checkout. Stock is only allocated once a payment has been confirmed.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN ORDER NUMBER, BUT MY MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN.
- Please keep a close eye on your inbox for an order confirmation email.
- If you're quick you may experience a delay in receiving your order confirmation email.
- If you haven't received an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, and weren't redirected to the order confirmation screen on-site, please check with your bank to see if the payment has gone through. If a payment has been taken, please contact us.
I'VE ENTERED THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS
- If you've been re-directed to the order confirmation screen, we have received your purchase. Please take a screenshot of the order confirmation screen if you can for peace of mind and contact us with the image and the correct email.
I'VE MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?
- Once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes because of the extreme order volume. This includes order details, like changing sizes or colours, adding products, and also altering your shipping address.
- You may be able to change your address using the DHL Express self service options once your order has been despatched.
- Alternatively, if you'd prefer to cancel your order in its entirety, please contact us.
I PLACED MORE THAN ONE ORDER, CAN I COMBINE THEM?
- If you have placed multiple orders, we are unfortunately unable to combine these or refund the shipping charges, because of the extreme increase of orders.
- Due to the extreme increase in numbers of orders, it may take up to 5 days to dispatch your best jeans ever.
- In addition your delivery might be delayed further by COVID-19.
CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
- Yes, all orders currently have a 14 day returns period.
- But because we know that some of you buy Christmas presents for friends, family and loved ones, we have extended our return period to the 1st feb 2021 for all orders placed from 22nd November - 31st December 2020.
- This means all orders placed between the dates 22nd November 2020 and 31st December 2020 can be returned until 1st February 2021.
- Please note that we are not able to offer exchanges.
